This is the Privacy Policy of American Prestige Podcast, Inc. (collectively, “American Prestige,” “we,” or “us”). It describes the personal information that we collect or allow others to collect. This personal information may be collected from you and your computer or device used to access the American Prestige Podcast website or other sites, other applications, email newsletters, American Prestige’s podcast subscription services (e.g., “Prestigeheads-Top Secret”), features such as sponsorship credits and marketing messages, benefits provided by American Prestige, digital platforms, or other interactive services we provide that link to or refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively the "American Prestige Services" or "our Services").
For any personally identifiable information we collect while operating our Services, it is the policy of American Prestige to protect your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains what kind of information may be collected, how it is used, and why (and to whom) it may be disclosed. For clarity, the Privacy Policy only applies to information we collect through our Services and not from other services. Though the security of your personal information is important to us, we are not able to guarantee the absolutely security of your personal information.
Like most website operators and podcast producers, American Prestige may collect non-personally-identifying information (for example: browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date/time of each visitor request). The purpose of such collection is to gain insight into how American Prestige members use our Services. During the course of subscribing to or otherwise interacting with American Prestige Services, if you have supplied us with your email address, we may occasionally email you about new features, solicit feedback, or keep you appraised of new developments with American Prestige and our Services, including, without limitation, changes to our privacy policies and terms of service.
We may collect data about the behavior of our users and subscribers, and may display such information publicly or provide it to others, provided that such disclosures will not disclose your personally-identifying information.
American Prestige may use cookies or similar technology to display personalized content and advertising and to store your user preferences.
